A strong majority of Americans are also too stupid to understand where this money is coming from, that this supports the grifters in the perverted University system, and what do you do about those who in the same period slaved away and suffered in order to pay off their debts.

That being said, paying off some debts probably makes sense under certain conditions, but i don’t believe our government is capable of doing their jobs which is think this through and debate this - both short term and long term implications.
