Although I agree, this bill is problematic for the reasons you stated, TikTok in particular is extremely polarized and loaded with election propaganda, much of which I’ve personally witnessed. We don’t know what their algorithms are doing and who decides what those algorithms are.

We need to do something, it’s not clear what. But it’s clear our government is out of their league when it comes to managing something like this.
