And the technology is the easy part of using blockchain to decentralize services such as social networking, finance, etc. Figuring out how to roll it out into a usable network of people and organizations with the appropriate incentives for all parties is where the biggest challenge lies.

Privacy is clearly important, but at least equally important is the current social network controlling our conversations, thoughts, attitudes, and way of interacting with each other.
