General concepts here, but nothing specific. What in particular is being done by whom and for what purpose? Military industrial profits? Win elections? Ego? Disinformation goes both ways and we need to be careful. Many people claim conspiracy just to bring attention to themselves. Some are true and some aren’t. Sadly, many of the conspiracy folks i have personally met are so self centered, they just want to talk and not listen and consider. One famous one I met is a raging alcoholic.
