Good writeup and this logic is helpful. But this is mostly fairly obvious, a good checklist though.. A reminder that many people don’t want to understand others, and don’t want to be open…they are full of hate for a variety of reasons (they’re depressed, they want attention, etc).

People are people regardless of demographics. I’ve met many cis and trans people who are interested in understanding the differences in views and positively talk about it treating people as humans. I’ve also met many cis and trans people who are full of bile and venom when discussing the topic and feel that their viewpoint is right and anybody who differs should be canceled and goto hell. (Yes trans people are also capable of being vile people just like so many other people, and just like other people they use their struggles as an excuse for their behavior)

So what this is unfortunately really about is the state of confidence, fulfillment, openness, etc that a person has - Ie Maslow’s Heirarchy of Needs.
