I don’t believe any of this. People largely chose who they date based on their looks and how their personality strikes you upon first meeting. All that other stuff you talk about is twisted around to make it match the decision you already made. After a while one might notice that this person doesn’t hold up to your requirements. And then after you break with them, most people will keep making the same mistakes over and over again on the next person.
