I keep emphasizing to my team they have to write better, yes their writing skills are so important. Way too many people are talking into the air thinking other people can visualize the same thing they’re talking about. It’s extremely difficult to work with people who do this.

Whiteboard technology isn’t cutting it, instead we are creating power points on the fly or I’m forcing people to have documents prepared before they come to the meeting otherwise I’m canceling the meeting and rescheduling
