I like the idea, but I’ve been an activist and a lobbyist and have wasted so much of my time with people trying to “do good”, and I’m not doing it again. I’m focusing on live music and will do what I can through that. “Organized greed is more effective than disorganized democracy”.

You need to prove that you’re organized and have funding (from the appropriate sources) and show exactly what your plan is, in order to get people who will put in A LOT of time and act in a professional manner as if this was a job. A very tall order.
