I read through this, but I didn’t see something that provides guidance on that topic. I thought I might have read something on it years ago - eg striking a balance between being a good person, helping and inspiring others yet also protecting yourself recognizing that there are always going to be some people who are dangerous and will not stop their nefarious behavior - (you can have compassion while being careful and do what’s necessary to protect you and your family) a not always easy.
