I solved this being a man problem by becoming a woman -well most of the time except when I’m working…the benefits of working remotely! Now I can live with my feminine principles and deliver them through the man I still have available to me. This works especially well when I need to be a bitch to unfuck things.

The other benefit of being a woman is I don’t have to feel humiliated by wanting to do good meaningful work and having feelings and caring about others.
