I think he may have justified it because Trump’s revenge plans and his trying to usurp checks and balances and stack the cabinet and key posts with crony’s is so unprecedented and so wrong, that Biden has the right to protect his own son. Trump would most certainly go after Hunter. And not only is he doing it to protect his son, he’s letting people know that this is what it has come to.
