I think it’s impossible largely because who decides if it’s working? How do we balance the various factors of short term and long term effects, what objectives are we trying to achieve, etc.

It’s prob require humans to tweak it and they are bias…but at least better than AI hell if the populace is engaged.

No easy solutions. Democracy requires education and engagement.
