I tried that with my guitar and piano multiple times when I was a man. Didn’t work. That stuff meant nothing…either they like you (your presence, personality, attitudes, looks etc) or they don’t. The music can’t hurt I suppose, but it usually won’t help. But it will help in being a platonic friend. Women strongly value good male platonic friends and don’t want to lose them to dating/romance complexities. I’ve seen this from both a man and woman’s perspective.
