I used to a lobbyist…what we should do is the easy part. How do you get a system driven by money and rhetoric to do it is the big question. Which means how do you get the populace to stop watching junk TV/videos, and pay more attention to being an engaged citizen. If you can figure out that, you get the Nobel prize.
