I used to be an environmental lobbyist. Sadly facts are totally irrelevant. People “caring” but not knowing what to do, is irrelevant. Changing anything requires citizens to organize and band together to force our politicians (who are just order takers for the people who fund them and pressure them) to do something and then to continue the pressure to hold them accountable.

I don’t see much of that happening. Short of that, everything else is totally irrelevant.
