I used to love technology, now I only want to know if there is a strong business case. Crypto will have to provide an extreme compelling benefit other than end of the world, and corrupt country benefits. For example how will the consume save money AND have the chargebacks work. There are rules that merchants can’t charge different prices for types of payments (although some of that is being relaxed)…although this should ultimately reduce overall costs…indirectly.

When I’m looking for compelling crypto / Bitcoin use cases, it should be a benefit in” could explain to any one of my friends in less than 15 seconds. Otherwise, it’s unlikely to have a good business case. If people understand the benefit easily, then I might be interested in geeking out on some of the tech details….but only to suss out how this effects who the winners and losers will be.
