I went from male to female and the presentation of gender has made a huge difference in my life. (I’m still the same person). As a man I’m largely invisible and criticized for expressing myself (feelings, thoughts, joy, etc). As a woman they notice me and love for me exactly the same behavior. It’s a positive feedback loop, I then can express myself and joy more, and I evolve. I can’t imagine ever being a man again, and having to be stuck being constantly criticized or ignored.
