I’m M2F trans and have seen this from both sides. This is exactly my experience in that women have zero interest in or compassion for me when I was a man. Including my own therapist. And this is consistent over hundreds and hundreds of conversations and relationships.

I’ve tried to understand it, and it appears that they don’t understand men at all, but they think they do. It’s about not giving men any emotional power whatsoever, probably to compensate for how men dominate women in so many other ways.
