I’m not clear on a few things. For example general relativity is about acceleration/gravity but special relativity is about constant speed’s that differ significantly affecting time. What is the relationship between the two.

Also NOW must be the only real time because otherwise what about free will- how does consciousness and the impact of what we do affect the future. Unless there’s multiple quantum realities where we live in multiple different times making multiple different decisions.I like to think that no matter the outcome in our perceived reality, what we do it matters even if we can’t measure it because it will manifest itself in many different ways across many different realities across time and space.
