I’m trans M2F and have spent a huge amount of time over many years learning about women. The biggest surprise I’ve had in this journey by far, is that not a single woman, had any interest whatsoever in learning more about men / what it’s like to be a man.

I have discussed my going M to F with thousands of women over 15 years (I’m an entertainer in NYC, previously SF). I have shared my struggles between M and F, what I’ve learned about being a woman, etc. Most of them cheered me on in becoming a woman, and wanted to know what I learned about being a woman. And the number that wanted to learn more about being a man, what I was like as a man, why would I not want to me a man?…ZERO! Quite shocking!

I know it’s more difficult being a man, and we may take this for granted. But to have zero compassion and interest? Wow! What is going on here?
