I’ve been hiring more women in my field (cybersecurity) because on average I found them to be much more diligent and responsible. They understand better how technology, business, and workflow fit together. Men on average, can’t get their head out of their technology focused asses and they disrespect anything that can’t be explained and controlled by technology alone.
