Maybe one of the reasons why the anti trans bathroom bill stalled is because they would probably have a helluva time implementing and enforcing it. And that would make them look bad perhaps.

How would that work? Would they check the genitals of everybody coming into the bathrooms? They gonna hire people to do that? They have budget for that? Are they gonna require people get cards that’s gonna be filled in by a doctor to check your genitals and or your chromosomes to see what sex you were assigned at birth? Are they gonna do an investigation every time somebody complains? They need to walk us through this.
