My company recently switched to all Agile. It is not going well. The main reason is because it’s an opportunity for people to grab power, not actually improved processes. They’re measuring the success of Agile based on how quickly they can switch to it and how they follow the processes, VS its ability to optimize timelines and quality. The biggest problem is they still don’t care about customers, they don’t care about quality, etc. it’s like the old adage whenever you’re in trouble about how to fix your company just do a reorg. It’s looks like you’re doing something and then you can grab power.
