Our whole society is stereotypical male-win at all costs (environment, mental health of children, diversity and life experience, and the nature of the stock market). Turn people into robots (soldiers) and have them put up with obnoxious stressful environments with the promise of a big payout (eg stock).

I had 2 females bosses in my life which were both a terrible experience. I loved working for them and they were really good leaders. Except for one problem, they got crushed by their male peers and we got crushed along with them.
