Remember in the Matrix when the turncoat wanted to be plugged back in? I bet most people will love it - being validated constantly, not having to consider other people’s point of view. They’ll love until they realize they’re living in another version of dystopian China…ie their level of consumption drops or they get throw in a gulag.
