I agree in principle that we need more engage nuanced discussions, but we always have time constraints when dealing with others, and I think we need to sharpen our knives (eg streamlining our communications), even when engaging with those with best of intentions. It’s really hard to have a dialog on social media (btw I used to be a lobbyist and now I’m in charge of risk management and cybersecurity for a $2b company.).
