The Question

There really isn’t much more to say. I mean, any civilization that survived past their infancy of technology, would have needed to deal with this. (If any of them are left)

Except I’m not quite sure what’s causing it. It’s not genetic. A byproduct of capitalism? Democracy? And us and them sports culture?
