The stock market is also gambling, but has strong fundamentals and is not as volatile. You can also invest in individual stocks based on analysis of those fundamentals. Bitcoin is attractive because there is a huge upside (along with a huge downside). Just like going to the Roulette Table and putting a boatload of money on #4. Or a combination of numbers for lower/risk return.

The Stock Market and Bitcoin are very different. If you consider them to be the same because they have involve some level of gambling, then you're just basing that off soundbites and your desire to be right about your worship of bitcoin.
