The younger generation needs to step up. They’re the who ones are gonna have to live with it, they’re the ones who have the time to focus on it (older people are preparing for retirement), and they don’t have the same responsibilities as a lot of older people. Ie have more free time.

They should reach out to older people - who have more experience, but our system doesn’t like it when young people and old people work together . It disrupts the machinations of the leaders.
