There is one reason why i would take the risk to use a driverless Uber or Lyft. So I don’t have to be tortured with music that I loathe. I’m in if you let my pandora station play in the car. About half of the time I chat with the driver and don’t pay attention to the music (if there is any). And about a third of the time I can’t tolerate the music they are playing and want to scream. I understand that it’s a crappy job and they want to listen to their music, but you pretty much never have that problem with a taxi, I wonder why.
