What makes having children particularly bad is the all too common situation where they turn out to be cloned losers. And that happens because they are sucked into the mediocrity of American norms like obsession over pop culture, thinking being stupid is cool, etc.

So if you don’t know why you are having kids (and made a conscious choice to do so), it’s likely that you will not be able to provide them any real guidance either and stop them from being brainwashed and sucked into the forces that are trying to make them an ignorant and stupid consumer of the trash that pop culture and politicians dish out from the moment they start watching TV or social media.
