My company switched to Agile and they measured their success based on how quickly they switch to Agile rather than how it actually impacts the quality and speed of their software development. and yes, it’s an opportunity for people to flap their wings, get power and vendors to make money. They have absolutely zero interest in the quality of what they’re doing and they just wanna feel like they’re “agile “.
